Ownership: All intellectual property created during the engagement will remain the property of Social Wits until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership will transfer to the client, except for any third-party materials used. Usage Rights: Social Wits grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

7. Termination

Termination by Client: The client may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination will be due. Termination by Social Wits: Social Wits reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the client fails to comply with these terms or for other reasonable causes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Social Wits will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services.

9. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Social Wits, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the client’s breach of these terms or misuse of the services.

10. Amendments

Social Wits reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated terms on our website. Clients are encouraged to review these terms regularly.
